Extremely rare big Starfy plush by Tomy! Missing his original hang tag, however the string that the tag would be attached to is still intact, which often gets cut off as well, so this one is definitely an extra rare find. We cleaned off a stain that was on him when he first arrived but there may still be light traces of it left. Plastic eyes have marks and some of the material shows signs of wear/age.
